How does the trolley work for a company outing?

Book the private trolley for up to 15 people. Meet downtown, put on the team playlist and ride for two hours. Drinks are optional. The base price is $540 before taxes and fees.

Everybody aboard

Do something together that isn’t another meeting.

Twelve riders can grab pedal seats while three take the rear bench. Rotate when someone wants a break. The motor helps keep the trolley moving.

Private means the trolley is just for your team. Pick the music, catch up and let your guide shape the downtown route around the group.

Bring beer, wine or seltzers for guests 21 and older. Water and nonalcoholic drinks are welcome for everyone. Pack cups, and keep glass stored while the trolley is moving.

Riders must be at least 16. Some downtown bars are 21+, especially later in the evening. Let us know if younger riders are joining.

One group price

$540 base price for the private trolley.

A $54 deposit plus taxes and fees is due when you book. Checkout shows the exact total and remaining balance before you pay.

Bringing a smaller team? Individual seats have a $40 base price per person. Those rides need at least five total riders and may include other guests.

01How old do riders need to be?

Riders must be at least 16. Only guests 21 and older may drink alcohol. Some downtown bars are also 21+, especially later in the evening.

02How many people fit on the trolley?

Up to 15 riders: 12 pedal seats with backs and a three-person rear bench.

03Is it hard to pedal?

The more people who pedal, the easier it feels. The trolley also has a motor for a little help. Need a break? Grab a spot on the three-person rear bench.

04What is the cancellation policy?

You can add Trip Assurance during direct checkout. It provides a full refund for covered cancellations made at least seven days before the ride or when a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning forces a cancellation. Without Trip Assurance, direct sales are final. Marketplace bookings follow the marketplace’s terms.
